Position The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing digital marketing tasks across multiple service areas, including organic marketing, paid media support, and website build/update work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, enjoys working in tools and platforms, and takes pride in delivering accurate work at scale. This position focuses on execution and delivery and reports to a Digital Team Lead, following established templates, processes, and timelines to ensure consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Marketing Execution (Local + Reputation + Social)
Update and maintain business listings and location data across approved platforms
Support reputation management workflows, including review monitoring and templated responses
Execute foundational SEO tasks such as:
Content uploads and updates
Metadata updates
Page edits using checklists and documented best practices
Schedule and publish organic social content using pre-built calendars and content libraries
Paid Media Execution (Support + Maintenance)
Assist with campaign setup and management across digital advertising channels, including:
Paid social
Paid search
Display and programmatic (as applicable)
Monitor campaign health and pacing, identifying delivery or approval issues
Make routine campaign updates such as budget adjustments, creative swaps, and audience changes
Pull performance data and support recurring reporting requirements
Website Build + Update Support
Build and publish templated websites (or support builds) based on established frameworks
Execute website updates, including:
Page builds and edits
Content changes
Image updates
Blog posting
QA websites for accuracy, formatting, functionality, and brand compliance
Escalate technical issues, bugs, or complex requests through the proper channels
Operational / Program Support
Maintain trackers, documentation, task statuses, and updates in internal systems
Follow SOPs and meet turnaround timelines consistently
Participate in team check-ins and workload planning
Flag blockers, scope questions, and risk items early to ensure smooth delivery
Qualifications Required
1+ year of experience in digital marketing, website production, or digital operations (or equivalent training/experience)
Comfortable learning and working with tools such as ad platforms, CMS systems, and reporting dashboards
Website CMS platforms (WordPress or other templated builders)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions and process
Ability to shift between different task types based on priority and workload needs
Nice to Have
Familiarity with any of the following (not required):
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Local listings or reputation tools
Basic reporting in Google Sheets / Excel
Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Interest in local marketing, healthcare marketing, or multi-location programs
