About the Role We are seeking a Hawaiʻi-based Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts across multiple markets and industries. This role is designed to help execute and support marketing initiatives locally while collaborating closely with our broader marketing team.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in content capture, coordination, and execution, helping translate real-world projects, events, and customer relationships into meaningful marketing content. This position supports multiple internal teams and verticals and requires strong organization, creativity, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Capture marketing content from completed projects, events, and day-to-day office activity
Website project pages and case studies
Social media and email marketing
Marketing collateral and proposals
Attend industry events, site visits, and organizational meetings to document and support Systemcenter’s brand presence
Support Systemcenter’s participation in professional organizations and associations
Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details, photos, and storytelling elements
Assist with execution of marketing campaigns across multiple verticals, including:
Architects & Interior Designers
Contractors
Commercial & Corporate Clients
Education & Healthcare
Use tools such as Canva and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist with content creation, editing, and messaging refinement
Support day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills with a good grasp of language and tone
Creative thinker with an eye for good design
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable engaging with people and representing the brand in professional settings
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Understanding of basic marketing principles and sales funnel concepts
Willingness to think critically and refine work beyond first drafts
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
Preferred
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Familiarity with social media content creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Interest or background in design, architecture, or creative industries
Experience using AI tools to support marketing or writing tasks
