Marketing Manager
to lead brand, content, and digital strategy efforts. Our platform connects residents, communities, and advertising partners through meaningful, data-driven engagement — and we’re looking for someone who can help amplify that mission. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer with experience in digital advertising, storytelling, paid media, and brand building who is excited to shape the voice of an emerging tech company. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies across social, digital, and email channels Create compelling content for social platforms, paid campaigns, and community engagement initiatives Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Support community-focused programs through content, promotions, and engagement activities Collaborate with product and business teams on campaign execution and partner initiatives Monitor marketing performance and report on key metrics Maintain strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications What We’re Looking For
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within digital advertising, tech, real estate, or startup environments Strong skills in content creation, paid media, copywriting, and analytics Experience managing social media strategy and brand presence Comfort working with data to optimize targeting, engagement, and campaign performance Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses Full-time on-site role based in Aventura, FL Chance to help shape the future of community-driven engagement and digital media innovation
