Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies Qualifications
Must be 18 years old High School Diploma Hold an active TX General Lines Insurance License 1-2 years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience 1-2 years Outside Sales/Marketing Experience Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Preferred Skills
2+ years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience 2+ years Outside Sales/Marketing Experience Pay range and compensation package
Base Salary: $20-25K annually (*determined by years of experience, education and certifications.) Average 1st year total earnings range from $55K-$70K through a combination of guaranteed base salary, plus commission.
