Build long-term client relationships through trust and expertise Guide clients through fine jewelry, bridal, estate, and custom pieces Follow a proven, professional sales process focused on value - not pressure Maintain strong product knowledge and polished floor presence Build and manage a personal client book using CRM tools What We’re Looking For
2+ years of retail sales experience (luxury, jewelry preferred) Confident communicator with a calm, professional demeanor Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable working weekends and peak selling periods Company-wide bonus program tied to store performance Paid time off 401(k) with company contribution Structured training and ongoing development Why Corinne
