We’re hiring high-energy, relationship-driven sales professionals to join a Vacation Club sales team operating inside world-class luxury resort properties.

You’ll engage guests who are already on vacation and have been invited to learn about a premium travel membership offering exclusive access to luxury resorts and elevated experiences across the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

This is a fast-paced, interactive, performance-driven environment. Success requires confidence, discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly while executing within a proven, structured sales process.

How the Sales Model Works

All leads provided - no prospecting required

Structured presentations (~90 minutes)

What We’re Looking For

Confident, persuasive communicators who enjoy working with people

Comfort in a commission-based, performance-driven role

Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills

Resilience and consistency in high-volume sales environments

Coachability and ability to follow a proven sales process

Preferred Experience

Commission-based sales (automotive, insurance, hospitality, lifestyle sales)

Vacation Club or high-ticket, same-day sales experience (a plus)

Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation & Lifestyle

Commission-based compensation with high earning potential and a clear performance structure

On-site role; relocation required to either the Dominican Republic or Mexico

Structured schedule with early afternoon finishes on most days
