We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer / technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Spain included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Spain employer.
We are currently seeking a
Sales Development Specialist to join on-site team in Valencia.
Key Responsibilities Achieve set sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
Use scripts and probing techniques to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
Meet contractual sales goals and KPIs.
Handle customer interactions professionally and consistently.
Ensure accurate documentation and account notations.
Contribute to initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Address billing-related questions by clearly explaining account details.
Requirements Language: Dutch at C2 level, English at C1 level.
Previous experience in Sales is required.
Strong communication skills.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Good computer skills.
What We Offer Full-time permanent contract (39 hours / week).
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Base salary : 1500 euros x 14
up to 5,000 euros gross / year in bonuses.
Private health insurance.
Fully paid training on company processes and the assigned project.

Relocation package Reimbursement of up to 500 euros, paid with the first or second salary.
