This position will support the Greater Kansas City market. Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed. Position is based at 6300 Nall Ave Mission, KS. Location is flexible at any Arvest Facility within the Greater Kansas City bank region and will be determined upon hire. Preferred Experience: The ideal candidate will have current experience within the Treasury Management & Payment Solutions (TMPS) division. Job Title and Focus

The Treasury Management & Payment Solutions (TMPS) Sales Advisor 1 at Arvest develops new TMPS business and expands existing relationships with Small Business customers. These clients typically have under $1 million in annual sales and utilize traditional business Treasury Management, International, Merchant Acquiring, and Card Payment solutions. This role serves as a relationship manager for TMPS, monitors market conditions and identifies sales opportunities in virtual environments primarily phone or web conferencing. The TMPS Sales Advisor 1 is knowledgeable about risk and fraud mitigation tools and travels up to 15% in their assigned bank markets. What You’ll Do at Arvest

Execute TMPS Sales Strategies: Drive TMPS revenue and achieve sales goals within an assigned segment of bank clients and prospects by executing sales strategies specific to that segment and adhering to the Client Focused Banking (CFB) discipline. Develop & Manage Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with effective stage progression to meet annual TMPS financial sales goals as is appropriate for the assigned segment. Generate New Business: Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research, independent calling, and referrals. Cross-sell assigned client segment appropriate TMPS products and services to meet their needs. Independent Sales & Process Management: Independently manage the complete sales cycle, from cultivating relationships to closing deals. Leverage internal teams and resources for client onboarding primarily in a virtual environment. Invest in Bank Relationships through Training: Conduct virtual and occasional in-person training for bank and branch associates to enhance their understanding of TMPS products. Drive quality referrals using sales enablement provided materials in alignment with expectations of specific bank markets covered. Financial Optimization Advice: Advise clients on optimizing their financial operations through solutions and process enhancements. Ensure timely follow-up on opportunities in progress and implemented services. Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain strong industry and competitor knowledge. Gather client and market feedback to ensure competitiveness in the assigned client segment, provide insights to Sales Enablement resources and teammates. Continuous Improvement: Engage in training activities with peers and bankers to deepen personal understanding and foster understanding of TMPS products in others, promoting continuous personal and process development. Collaborate with Technical Sales: Partner with TMPS Technical Sales on proposal structuring and fulfillment of technical requirements as needed. Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, complete compliance training and adherence to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer, client, and/or account activity. Toolbox for Success: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (finance, economics, and/or accounting) or equivalent related work experience. 1 year of experience in business sales or 2 years of business customer service experience. CFB 4 Commercial Banking Foundations completion or ability to complete within 6 months of hire. General understanding and ability to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with an emphasis on pipeline management and deal stage progression within 6 months of hire. Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members. Preferred: Strong customer skills, including a desire to meet client needs through sales. Proven track record of sales success. TMPS experience. Appropriate industry certifications such as: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Cash Management Professional (CCM), Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP), IOFM Accounts Payable Professional (AP), IOFM Accounts Receivable Professional (AR), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), and/or National Check Professional (NCP). Arvest experience. Prior experience with business clients with annual sales less than $1 million. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese and/or French. Physical Demands

Grade 15 Pay Range: $60,980 - $72,409 per year
