Industrial services company in SE Houston that is looking to add an experienced and highly motivated District Sales Manager to their team!
The company has been open for over 30 years and is well known in the area. Their specialties include heat treating, exchanger repairs, field machining, leak sealing, and custom mechanical solutions for high-pressure industrial environments.
Responsibilities
At the beginning, start and end the day at the office, but once you start billing you manage your own time
Must have a strong book of contacts in the Gulf Coast refining and chemical industries
Develop and maintain relationships to support sales growth (implied by targets and market)
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience - hit the ground running
Must have a strong book of contacts in the Gulf Coast refining and chemical industries
O&G sales experience
Expects $1-$5 million in sales
Valid U.S. driver\'s license and clean driving record
Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screening
Compensation and Benefits
$75k-$120k base - 1%-3% commission (Higher commission, lower base/lower commission, higher base)
Commissions paid monthly
Vehicle allowance, cell phone stipend, laptop
Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
All gas expensed
