Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Personal Lines Account Executive to their Acentria team in Lakeland, FL.
Job Summary The Personal Lines Account Executive is responsible for marketing new accounts to insurers, processing renewals and endorsements, handling client claims and other typical personal lines account servicing.
Responsibilities
Review existing coverages of clients and prospects; identify gaps/weaknesses in coverage and offer solutions
Cross-selling and account rounding whenever possible along with asking for referrals
Work in a team environment with the goal of growing our business profitably
Become proficient in our Agency Management System and other personal lines related systems
Utilize technology and systems to educate, communicate and engage clients year-round
Familiarize yourself with our other business units and products/services offered by the agency for cross-sell opportunities
Meet with carrier reps and maintain a working knowledge of their target markets and product offerings
Ensure new business quotes/submissions, renewals and endorsements are complete and processed in a timely manner
Engage with underwriters, as needed, on new business and/or renewal issues
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications
Ability to build a rapport with clients and prospects
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience
Minimum of 2+ years previous experience in a personal lines account executive or account manager position
20-44 or 2-20 License
Prior experience with Applied EPIC and QuoteRUSH is a plus
