Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying and meeting client needs, and managing the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, providing detailed product information, creating proposals, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless experience for customers. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of the company's rental inventory and services to guide clients in making informed decisions that match their event needs and budgets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and the team
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets
Ability to provide Training and knowledge sharing to junior team members as needed
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth sales process
Experience in event planning or the wedding industry is a strong advantage
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable
inbound and outbound sales skills is a must
.
Hourly plus Commission will vary based on experience.
