to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless guest experience and managing reservations, flow, and hospitality standards at a high level.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Maitre D (required)
Experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment strongly preferred
Proficiency with SevenRooms preferred; familiarity with OpenTable and/or Resy a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and guest relations skills
Ability to manage reservations, pacing, and guest expectations with confidence and grace
Availability to work nights and weekends
