Are you a master of financial storytelling who thrives on turning raw data into strategic advantage? We’re looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our executive team’s inner circle, where your insights will directly shape investment decisions and drive portfolio performance.

The Opportunity This isn’t your typical number-crunching role. As our Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the financial pulse of our real estate operations, translating complex data into actionable intelligence that guides our C‑suite and equity partners. You’ll own the analytical narrative behind our fund and community performance, becoming the go‑to expert who bridges operational realities with financial strategy.

What You’ll Do Asset Intelligence (Your Analytical Playground)

Lead high‑impact P&L discussions with field teams, extracting critical “boots on the ground” insights that numbers alone can’t reveal

Dissect budget vs. actual variances and operational trends, transforming data into compelling performance narratives for individual communities

Become the trusted advisor who connects the dots between field operations, accounting data, and executive decision‑making

Strategic Reporting (Your Executive Platform)

Architect and elevate reporting deliverables for our executive team and equity partners, ensuring your insights drive strategic conversations

Own the end‑to‑end creation of mission‑critical asset reports, where your analytical precision meets executive communication

Synthesize data across departments to deliver that 360° performance view that separates good companies from great ones

Financial Architecture (Your Modeling Laboratory)

Mastermind our annual operational budgeting process and forecast updates, building models that become the foundation of our financial planning

Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to construct and validate budget components, ensuring every assumption stands up to scrutiny

Maintain the integrity of our financial models through rigorous documentation and assumption management

Collaborative Leadership (Your Strategic Network)

Forge high‑trust relationships across the organization, from field staff to senior leadership

Champion operational excellence through flawless execution of our financial governance framework

Tackle high‑stakes ad‑hoc analyses that influence critical business decisions and investment strategies

What You Bring to the Table

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field

Experience:

4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally within real estate or investment management

Technical Mastery:

Excel wizard with advanced modeling capabilities; PowerBI or similar BI tools experience will set you apart

Analytical Prowess:

Proven ability to mine large datasets for actionable insights and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations

Real Estate Acumen:

Understanding of real estate finance fundamentals preferred – we’ll value your industry‑specific knowledge

Communication Excellence:

Exceptional ability to distill sophisticated financial concepts for diverse audiences, from field operators to executive leadership
