Role Overview The National Sales Operations Assistant Manager will support the National Sales Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of sales processes. This role involves coordinating diverse sales initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and executing sales strategies across multiple regions. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Purchasing-Research & Development, Logistics, Sales Planning, Accounts Receivable, and third-party partners to drive revenue and implement new initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Support : Aid in the development, execution, and management of sales operations strategies to improve sales efficiency.

Performance Analysis : Monitor sales data, create reports, and identify trends, gaps, and areas for enhancement.

Process Improvement : Recommend and apply improvements to sales processes, tools, and systems to boost productivity.

Coordination : Ensure alignment with regional sales teams for consistency in sales activities and strategies.

Training & Development : Support training efforts to equip sales personnel with the necessary knowledge and tools.

Compliance : Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Project Management : Lead specific projects as directed by the National Sales Operations Manager, ensuring timely completion.

Customer Focus : Maintain a customer‑first approach to support increased satisfaction and loyalty in sales operations.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : 3‑5 years in sales operations or a related field, preferably in a national or multi‑regional setting.Skills

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and metrics.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in sales operations software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, sales analytics).
