Represent the Brand : Be the warm, professional face and voice of Goldfish Swim School—making every family feel welcome from the first hello. What We’re Looking For
A natural people-person with
sales drive and customer service passion . Confident and comfortable speaking with families on the phone and in person. A positive, professional attitude—even when handling tough conversations. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus). High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
