Purpose Visit the Dealers & Service Providers to help grow and maintain the relationship between manufacturer & dealer/service provider, while also bolstering technician knowledge on Tiffin product. Travel expenses would be reimbursed weekly.
Responsibilities / Essential Duties
Travel to dealerships and service providers in specified areas as needed.
Inspect all Tiffin Group inventory at each visit to a dealership to ensure there are no outstanding issues that may result in large warranty claims, parts wait times, or issues that might interfere with the dealer’s ability to sell product.
Develop and maintain working relationships with service managers, technicians, advisors, & sales team at all facilities within assigned area.
Help mitigate large claims from service providers.
Provide technical assistance in person, via phone, or text to service providers in assigned areas.
Help management de‑escalate consumer situations at dealer, service provider, or sometimes private residence.
Attend legal inspections when needed.
Attend rallies, shows, & training as needed.Provide management with daily reports on activity & weekly expense reporting.
Keep and maintain company vehicle.
Requirements
Willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and standards
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized
Weekly overnight travel.
Able to travel on short notice.
Teamwork - Must be able to work with various Tiffin Group leaders.
Communication - Verbal & written.
Problem solving - Must be able to identify challenges & develop solutions.
Tiffin prefers prior experience. We will train the right individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic and can adhere to quality standards, policies, and work safely.
