Katy, TX — As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll help people in your community access the financial solutions they need—right when they need it the most. You’ll play a pivotal role in our high-performance environment by building connections with our diverse customer base and processing transactions (i.e., check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments) while providing exceptional in-store experiences. The hourly wage for the position is $14.00 per hour. The hourly rate is just one of many elements that make up our Total Compensation package. Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business. Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy. Offer personalized financial services that fit customers’ lifestyles. Enter and maintain customer information with precision in the POS system. Build new business by completing daily call campaigns. Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments. Perform duties outside the office when applicable (e.g., on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing); participate in in-store and community events. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience. Follow security protocols and opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management as needed. Uphold compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes. Work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks to meet performance standards. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends; minimum 40 hours per week. Store hours and requirements may change; speak with your recruiter for current details. Qualifications and Skills
A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately. Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle (mileage compensated). Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law. Ability to meet physical demands, including standing up to 90% of the time, lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls (keyboard). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing. Cash handling and cash drawer/vault management experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations. Workplace Recognition
