Commercial Property Manager – Class A Office | Construction-Focused Salary:

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a strong background in Class A office properties and commercial construction management. This role will oversee day-to-day property operations while leading commercial build-outs and remodeling projects from early planning through completion. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach, financial acumen, and strong collaboration skills when working with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations and financial performance of Class A commercial office buildings.

Lead and oversee commercial construction projects, including tenant improvements, capital projects, and renovations from concept and planning through execution and close-out.

Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Partner closely with ownership, leasing, and property management teams to align operational and construction objectives.

Develop, manage, and track operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.

Negotiate, manage, and oversee vendor and contractor contracts, ensuring service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing operational needs and coordinating construction-related activities.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Support lease administration, renewals, and tenant coordination during build-out and occupancy phases.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing commercial office buildings.

Strong background in commercial construction management, including office build-outs and remodeling projects.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.

Demonstrated experience managing budgets, capital expenditures, and vendor contracts.

Proficiency with property management and financial reporting systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
