Responsibilities
Manage LSAs across all active markets; launch new locations as we expand Daily monitoring of budgets, impression share, lead volume, CPL; adjust in real time Keep licensing/insurance/compliance current to prevent downtime Execute Search updates (pacing, CPC, CTR, conversions, ad copy, assets, extensions) Maintain keyword hygiene (negatives, search terms) and support testing (copy, LPs, bidding) Daily health checks, verify call/form tracking, and provide weekly performance summaries Qualifications
3–6 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience Direct experience managing LSAs at scale (multi‑location) Strong grasp of bidding strategies, budgets, and pacing Familiar with call tracking + form conversion tracking Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive; excellent communicator Depending on skill set and experience, this role will pay $85k-$90k.
