About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, motivated early-career marketer to join our team and help bring our brand to life across social and digital channels. This is an entry-level role designed for someone with a foundation in social media marketing who’s excited to learn, experiment, and grow into a larger content or social media role over time. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to support social media content creation, brainstorm ideas, and assist with a variety of digital marketing initiatives as needed. What You’ll Do
Assist in creating and editing content for social media (graphics, short-form video, captions) Capture content at various company events Help brainstorm and develop creative social media ideas and campaigns Support content planning and scheduling across platforms Edit basic video content for social, marketing, and internal use Design simple graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as assigned (campaign support, presentations, internal content, etc.) Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, and best practices Engage with brands on social media What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience (or recent graduate) in marketing, communications, design, or a related field Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar Basic video editing skills (short-form content preferred) Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, but also the ability to work alone Ability to travel occasionally Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience managing or posting to social media accounts Familiarity with analytics or social scheduling tools Interest in aviation, technology, or startups Why This Role
This role is designed to grow. As you gain experience, this position can evolve into higher roles depending on your strengths and interests. You’ll get hands-on experience, real ownership, and the ability to help build our brand from the ground up. Location / Compensation
Location: Dayton, OH office with occasional work from home days.
