HHM Hotels is working on a highly anticipated lifestyle hotel currently under development in the heart of Manhattan. We are seeking a dynamic and polished Managing Director to lead our pre-opening and launch phases. As the leader of this premier New York property, you will be responsible for managing all hotel operations to maximize profits while delivering the high-touch, sophisticated guest experience that the lifestyle market demands. You will play a pivotal role in building the team from the ground up and establishing the hotel's presence in the competitive NYC landscape.

Pre-Opening Leadership:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the hotel opening, including staff recruitment, training, and the implementation of core values.
Leadership:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Guest Experience:
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences, and swift resolution of any issues.
Financial Performance:
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals through regular financial analysis of
Operational Excellence:
Maintain a seamless operation by overseeing all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, while following sustainability guidelines.

Your Background and Skills
5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role in a hotel.
Proven experience in a hotel opening, specifically within a lifestyle property.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop budgets and manage performance.
Ability to set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance.
