The Content Manager is instrumental in shaping our brand's story, creating imaginative and impactful content that truly engages audiences across all digital platforms. This role plays an essential part in our storytelling efforts, supporting engagement through innovative campaigns and compelling content on our social media channels and websites to drive business growth and enhance staff recruitment. This position is based in Portsmouth, NH with a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute content strategies for social media, blogs, and websites. Oversee daily content creation and publishing to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement. Create and execute a winning editorial calendar and content mapping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing strategies, campaigns, and business goals. Assist with public relations efforts and thought leadership opportunities. Amplify public relations initiatives by leveraging social media platforms to increase brand visibility. Blend high quality content with SEO to drive organic traffic. Monitor performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness. Write, edit, and proofread all content for clarity, style, and accuracy. Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor strategies and activity to inform cross-functional teams. Assist with event planning. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in content management, with a focus on social media, blogs, and web content. Degree in marketing, communications, business, or journalism. Proven ability to amplify public relations initiatives by leveraging social media platforms to increase brand visibility. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (CMS), such as HubSpot and WordPress. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in content management, with a focus on social media, blogs, and web content. Hands-on experience with AI technology for content generation, including familiarity with AI-powered writing and editing tools. Degree in marketing, communications, business, or journalism. Preferred but not required

Aviation experience. Experience with luxury brands. Graphic design, photography, or video skills. Work Environment

The Content Manager role is primarily office-based but also involves participating in events and photo shoots at various offsite locations, including areas around aircraft both inside and outside the hangar. This position may occasionally require light lifting as part of these activities.
