Velociti is looking for a driven Marketing Specialist to bring creativity, structure, and data-driven thinking to our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in execution, enjoys variety, and wants real ownership of campaigns from concept to performance analysis. You’ll work closely with Sales and internal partners to deliver integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

What You’ll Do
Campaign & Content Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, and tradeshows
Own and manage the marketing content calendar to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Create and coordinate compelling marketing content, including copy, visuals, and presentations
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
Support digital and sales enablement content distribution
Tradeshow & Event Marketing
Lead marketing execution for tradeshows and events—from booth graphics to pre- and post-event communications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, timelines, and goals
Track and analyze event engagement to inform future strategy
Marketing Systems & Performance Tracking
Execute campaigns using tools likeHubSpot and Salesforce
Track performance metrics, engagement, and lead activity
Use insights and data to optimize campaigns and improve results
Apply SEO best practices to content creation and optimization
Strategy Support & Market Insight
Conduct industry and competitive research to strengthen campaigns
Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Partner closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline and lead goals

Quality and consistency of marketing materials
Campaign engagement, lead generation, and actionable insights

What You Bring Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution and content development
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging by channel and audience
Experience coordinating creative and design assets
Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM
Experience with social media tools, CMS platforms, or marketing systems
Working knowledge of SEO best practices
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights
Preferred
B2B marketing experience
Demand generation or lead-focused marketing background
Experience with marketing automation or AI tools
Tradeshow or event marketing experience
