Job Title
Full‑Time Call Center‑Member Service Representative I or II – Colorado Springs, Ent Credit Union
Location & Availability Headquarters: Ent Credit Union, Colorado Springs, Colorado. In‑office only, no remote eligibility.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (shifts vary within these hours) and Saturdays 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Training: 5 weeks of mandatory paid training at HQ, start date 12/08/2025.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process member requests via inbound calls, provide accurate information and high‑standard service.
Cross‑sell and educate members on Credit Union products and services.
Ensure compliance with credit‑union policies, procedures and industry regulations.
Update database, verify members, minimize fraudulent activity, and appropriately escalate priority issues.
Maintain strong knowledge of products (lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, business banking, online banking, credit cards).
Utilize Outlook and Element daily; participate in training, quality control, and BVS courses.
Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and Ent policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of inbound phone experience in a financial services environment.
Sales experience preferred.
Excellent customer service focus.
Proficiency in relevant credit‑union products and resources.
Understanding of online banking and business credit card products.
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and database usage.
Strong communication, writing, and typing skills (computer and ten‑key). Symitar experience preferred.
No certifications required.
Physical & Environmental Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, lifting (≤40 lbs), handling, reaching, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, occasional noise, temperature, atmospheric conditions.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly ranges: I $18.75–$19.75 (S10); II $20.60–$23.48 (S11). Monthly incentive plan eligibility.
