Salary: $76,000 Annually
The Harlem YMCA is seeking a Director, Youth & Family who will be responsible for overseeing all the YMCA’s Youth & Family department (youths, teens, families, and sports). This role involves managing off‑site programs (Y Afterschool, etc.) and providing leadership for an array of program initiatives, including, but not limited to, family gym time, teen development, afterschool programs, summer day camp, and other programming.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Education required. Master’s Degree in Education or Social Work preferred.
Three (3) - five (5) years of leadership experience supervising youth and family programs. Five (5) - eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience supervising youth development and family programs preferred.
Knowledge of Youth Development Principles.
ACA Camp Director trained preferred.
Current First Aid/CPR certifications.
Knowledge of Child Abuse Prevention Training.
Knowledge of program planning & evaluation.
