Job Description At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection. We do this by driving Responsible Growth and delivering for our clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders every day.

Being a Great Place to Work is core to how we drive Responsible Growth. This includes our commitment to being an inclusive workplace, attracting and developing exceptional talent, supporting our teammates' physical, emotional, and financial wellness, recognizing and rewarding performance, and making an impact in the communities we serve.

Bank of America is committed to an in‑office culture with specific requirements for office‑based attendance and flexibility based on role‑specific considerations.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain Securities Industry licenses, receive training for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams, and learn foundational skills needed to be an advisor—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial pictures, and guiding clients.

After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to Stage II, where you deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients and may advance within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy supports you with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
