Overview
Our LNG client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing HR team. This is an in-office position. This role partners closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, support change initiatives, and deliver people strategies aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is a data-driven HR professional with strong employee relations experience, solid compliance knowledge, and a passion for developing talent and building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization. Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on recruiting, performance management, and workforce planning Use people analytics and HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, and guide managers on complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies Support succession planning, talent development, and retention initiatives Partner with leadership on change management and employee engagement strategies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and stay current on HR best practices Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards, and Recruiting teams to align HR programs with business needs Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5–7+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience Proven ability to use HR data and metrics to influence business decisions Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR policy development Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills Experience handling employee relations and performance improvement processes
