The Outside Sales Representative is to drive new business growth across the region. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a personal book of business, developing strong customer relationships, and representing the company’s full suite of transportation solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and grow a personal book of business by identifying new opportunities within the transportation and logistics space. Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts across the assigned territory. Maintain long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing support and problem-solving. Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and meetings to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings. Qualifications
Preferred Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed. Educations & Experience 3–5+ years of outside sales experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or a closely related industry. Proven ability to build and sustain a book of business.
