Role Description The Field Package Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO. The responsibilities of this role include effectively promoting vacation packages to new customers, engaging with potential clients to understand their travel preferences, and presenting compelling solutions to meet their vacation needs. The representative will also ensure exceptional customer service, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in understanding and presenting vacation options and packages
Ability to manage client relationships and provide outstanding customer service
Motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a high-energy environment
Ability to work on-site in Kansas City, MO
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or hospitality are a plus
Flexibility to work a variable schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
