Compensation Package:
Competitive base wage + Tiered monthly bonus based on teams' performance + Commission for individual appointments ran
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Service Technicians, providing hands-on coaching, training, and support.
Monitor performance metrics and hold your team accountable to sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards.
Drive team engagement through clear communication, recognition, and consistent feedback.
Foster a competitive, positive culture where your team is inspired to grow, win, and deliver value.
Participate in sales appointments as needed to model best practices and close skill gaps.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience.
Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
