Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) . What You’ll Do: Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients : Close sales by recommending solutions that address real business needs; earn referral business by networking with existing and prospective clients and forging partnerships with decision-makers in-person and over the phone. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family : Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build lasting relationships. Collaborate Daily : Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners while upholding high ethical standards.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter : Upbeat, persistent, able to cold call, manage time, multi-task, and present ideas clearly on paper, in person, and over the phone. Strategic Closer : Established network with experience carrying a sales quota in outside B2B sales; track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships. Proven Winner : Ambitious, thrives under pressure, aims to exceed quotas. Required : A college degree is not required; skills to do the job are more important. If you don’t have a degree, acceptable experience includes: Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality to build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
