Job Summary: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a team. This role is primarily focused on managing personal lines accounts with a smaller emphasis on commercial and farm lines. Manage accounts from A-Z, including quoting, renewals, and account rounding Handle standard personal lines accounts and commercial accounts up to $10,000 Provide exceptional customer service in a highly customer-facing role Take advantage of call-in, walk-in, and cross-sell opportunities to write new business Collaborate with a small, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment Utilize insurance software for account management (training provided; independent agency CRM experience required) Qualifications/Requirements
