This role involves running preset, qualified in-home appointments, educating homeowners on solar, and presenting customized solutions. Responsibilities
Run preset, qualified in-home appointments (no cold door knocking required) Educate homeowners on solar and present customized solutions Close high-ticket deals at the kitchen table Build referrals and optional self-generated business for higher commissions Manage your pipeline and follow Momentum’s proven sales process Qualifications
Coachable mindset and strong work ethic Comfortable with commission-based income Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle Willing to work some evenings/weekends Required Skills
Ability to build rapport with clients Self-motivated and goal-oriented Preferred Skills
Experience in sales or customer service Knowledge of solar energy solutions Pay range and compensation package
