Procure capacity to ensure transportation of customer’s freight happens timely and efficiently. Source and vet capacity to ensure carrier met ITS high standards of excellence and safety. Provide solutions to customer’s supply chain challenges in time‑sensitive, high pressure situations. Balance competitiveness with operational expectations in alignment with customer requirements. Negotiate rates with and carrier partners. Maintain constant communication with customers to meet service expectations. Build relationships with carriers to thoroughly execute on customer’s requirements. Collaborate with multiple teams and departments across the division to optimize all shipments in the ITS Network. Track all shipments consistently throughout transit to ensure on time pick up and delivery. Provide real time updates to customers on the location of their goods. Ensure excellent data integrity in all systems. Efficiently pair shipments across the network and multiple teams to minimize cost. Qualifications
0–8 years of professional experience preferred (entry‑level position). Experience in a fast‑paced environment strongly preferred. Proven ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment. Previous experience in customer management is a plus. Proficient with MS Office Products (Word and Excel). College degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or related field required. Ability to build relationships quickly with all different personalities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities. Highly detail oriented. Highly energetic and positive attitude.
