
We are seeking a driven
Sales Professional
to develop and win new business across the pharmaceutical, sterile compounding pharmacy, medical device, and life sciences markets. This role focuses on selling outsourced contract sterilization solutions (steam, dry heat, VH₂O₂), Ready-To-Use (RTU) components, and cleanroom packaging services. What You’ll Do
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within pharma, biotech, CDMOs/CMOs, sterile pharmacies, and medical device manufacturers. Build trusted, consultative relationships by educating customers on sterilization modalities, RTU component portfolios (vials, stoppers, seals), and packaging solutions. Drive revenue growth by developing a strong sales pipeline and positioning the organization as a preferred partner. Research target accounts to understand funding, product pipelines, and current sterilization or packaging strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, quality, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree and healthcare or life sciences sales experience. Familiarity with outsourced sterilization, RTU products, or GMP manufacturing environments preferred. Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and ISO quality systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, consultative sales mindset with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events. Why This Role
