Overview
ASSOCIATE SALT COMPANY DIRECTOR We are seeking a passionate, relational, and mission-minded leader to help launch and build a Salt Company college ministry at East Carolina University. This role is ideal for a devoted follower of Jesus who loves walking closely with students, discipling the next generation, and helping establish a gospel-centered ministry within a fast-paced church planting environment. The Associate Salt Company Director will partner closely with the Salt Company Director to execute the vision of Salt Company by investing deeply in students and student leaders, shaping ministry culture, and developing a strong discipleship and leadership pipeline, especially among women. You’ll help lead weekly gatherings, disciple and mentor students, recruit and mobilize volunteers, and shepherd students toward spiritual maturity and active engagement in the life and mission of the local church. Responsibilities
Partner with the Salt Company Director to execute the Salt Company vision by investing deeply in students and student leaders. Shape ministry culture and develop a strong discipleship and leadership pipeline, especially among women. Help lead weekly gatherings and disciple and mentor students. Recruit and mobilize volunteers for ministry initiatives. Shepherd students toward spiritual maturity and active engagement in the life and mission of the local church. You will have the freedom to contextualize this model for ECU while benefiting from a clear framework, strong church support, and a church plant committed to reaching the campus, the city, and the nations. Keystone Church of Ankeny is a dynamically growing church in the fast-growing city of Ankeny, Iowa (a northern suburb of Des Moines). We are a 10-year-old church averaging around 1,500 on Sunday mornings. We are elder-led, preach through books of the Bible, and take our mission to help people know and follow Jesus very seriously.
