Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager . You\'ll service an established book of business, help generate new insurance sales, and provide day-to-day leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client relationships, cross-selling, mentoring team members, and helping grow a multi-carrier independent agency. Duties & Responsibilities
Client Service:
Assist insureds with policy management, renewal preparation, quoting & rating, billing, and answering questions related to their insurance programs. Business Development:
Help with new sales opportunities that come through referrals, inbound calls, and cross-selling/upselling new lines of coverage and policy enhancements. Team Leadership:
Serve as a player/coach with other team members. Offer assistance, training, and support where needed. Skills & Experience
Active P&C insurance license Bilingual- fluent in Spanish and English 3+ years of property and casualty experience in client service and/or sales
