BROKERAGE COORDINATOR

Brokerage Coordinator
to join its corporate office in the Uptown area of Dallas.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level marketing and administrative support to the Office Brokerage group.
Assist with the development of custom listing proposals, BOVs, brochures, and offering memorandums.
Manage transaction process from initial pitch to closing.
Coordinate with the marketing team, financial analyst, photographers, building ownership, and management.
Consistently follow up with all internal and external team members on material needed.
Create and maintain weekly reporting for internal team and property ownership.
Process expenses, coordinate travel, and manage calendars.
Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed.
Upkeep of master contact database.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3-5 years of commercial real estate administrative and marketing experience required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent computer skills and graphic design experience using Adobe Create Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
