Duties/Responsibilities:

Support faculty, staff, and classroom IT support requests and resolution of new and unknown problems.

Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex endpoint issues unresolved by Tier 2 support

Administrate Enterprise Endpoint Software including Intune

Migrate legacy device management from Jamf, Ivanti, and hybrid to cloud-only in Intune

Respond to endpoint vulnerabilities, patch noncompliance, or security incidents

Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for functional success of endpoints regarding imaging, utility, and implementation in response to faculty, staff, and classroom IT demands.

Lead periodic endpoint security reviews and compliance audits

Maintain and deploy applications through Intune

Design and maintain modern provisioning workflows for Windows, Linux, and Apple Devices.

Implement Privileged Access Management solution to control and audit administrative requests by faculty and staff

Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for setting computational standards and strategic planning.

Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and refine endpoint management strategy

Maintain current standards for equipment ordered to meet college requirements

Assess and implement tools and best practices that align endpoint strategy with academic needs

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies

Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft’s Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Active Directory, configuration and group policy, wired and wireless network technology and troubleshooting, standard applications utilized on these platforms including installation, functionality, and troubleshooting, standardization practices including computer imaging, software packaging and network distribution of software.

Extensive knowledge of modern computing hardware and components such as offerings by Intel, AMD, Nvidia, and Apple.

Understand computational requirements between software and hardware to offer appropriate solutions to clients.

Extensive experience with endpoint management software such as Intune.

Functional knowledge of endpoint security best practices and implementations to meet USG standards.

Extensive knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, and Intune Management Extension scripts.

Functional knowledge of AV systems design, digital projectors, and web conferencing.

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
