We combine performance‑driven equipment with world‑class digital coaching and personalized training programs (born from Chris Hemsworth’s personal wellness journey) to support every training style and level. From strength training and cardio to recovery, we build strength that lasts — inside and out.

Headquartered in Southern California, our culture is grounded in respect, transparency, accountability, and collaboration. We believe real strength shows up every day — and we’re building a team that does the same.

Centr is seeking a CRM Specialist, based in Los Angeles (hybrid), to execute and improve lifecycle strategies that activate, engage, and retain our users.

The Role This is a hands‑on CRM Specialist role focused on executing, optimizing, and improving lifecycle campaigns and automations across email, push, and SMS.

You’ll work across Klaviyo (ecommerce) and Braze (mobile app), owning day‑to‑day campaign and automation execution while contributing ideas and recommendations that improve performance.

This is not a passive execution role. You’re expected to think critically, manage competing priorities, and step in wherever needed to keep campaigns moving.

Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end delivery process of 5–10 weekly campaigns across email, push, and SMS, coordinating build and QA resources and stepping in hands‑on when needed to keep timelines intact

Regularly launch net new lifecycle automations (flows and canvases) to drive activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and growth

Write campaign briefs with clear requirements, wireframes, and visual references that communicate intent to creative teams

Build and support segmentation and personalization strategies across geos, demos, user goals, and content preferences

Launch and manage regular A/B tests on campaigns and lifecycle automations

Ensure brand and technical standards are met; spot and resolve errors during review to reduce revision cycles

Planning & Optimization

Develop and present rolling 6‑week campaign calendars

Collaborate with CRM manager to develop rolling 6‑week canvas and flow testing calendars

Pull performance reports, interpret results, and suggest improvements

Identify ways to improve CRM processes and strategy

Collaboration

Coordinate with creative, marketing, and product stakeholders

Absorb urgent or unplanned requests without derailing core work

Help keep campaigns on schedule despite shifting priorities and dependencies

What Success Looks Like At 90 Days

Independently developing and presenting 6‑week campaign calendars

Independently project managing evergreen campaigns for both ecommerce and mobile

Absorbing one‑off requests from other departments without dropping your core work

Running weekly optimization tests on canvases and flows

Starting to bring your own strategic recommendations to the table

Who Will Thrive Here

You have excellent time management—not “pretty good,” excellent. Multiple deadlines, competing priorities, last‑minute changes. You don’t drop balls

You are an operator who can identify improvements and execute them end‑to‑end

You communicate visually. You can wireframe an email, pull references, mock up in Figma. Creative teams understand what you want because you show them

You have independent ideas. You’re not waiting to be told what to improve. You see opportunities and bring them forward

The Hard Parts

Keeping campaigns on schedule when multiple stakeholders control the review process

Balancing steady‑state campaign work with urgent one‑off requests

Balancing evergreen work with longer‑term canvas and flow investments

Operating across two platforms (Klaviyo and Braze) with different logic and interfaces

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.

1‑3 years of CRM experience (internships count)

Highly proficient in Braze or Klaviyo (you’ll learn the other)

Can wireframe and mockup emails in Figma (or similar)

Strong project management skills – experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar

Comfortable with data: pulling reports, interpreting results, making recommendations

Critical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skills

Helpful But Not Required

Agency experience

Experience with both Braze and Klaviyo
