Pay Range: $20.05 - 27.57 hourly
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle Do you like helping others? NFM is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to coach, train and support Customer Care staff. If you have a knack for creative problem solving and providing timely customer satisfaction, this is the job for you!
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Train: Empower staff to make decisions that are best for our customers
Coach: Enhance staff strengths, recognize opportunities for improvement and monitor performance
Support: Act as backup to absent manager to resolve customer situations
Monitor: Track all queues and adjust schedules to accommodate peak hours
Assist: Offer cost effective solutions to customers to resolve conflicts
Assess: Review department emails, social media requests, credit memos, credit adjustments, and staff questions

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of customer care experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular, one-to-one basis
6 months’ experience in NFM's customer care division
Ability to negotiate with customers to find a mutually agreeable solution
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Previous phone experience, computer experience, and retail experience preferred
English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
