The Senior Analyst, Ancillary Products Growth manages all reporting and analysis for Safelite's Value Added Products & Services Portfolio. Creating detailed financial and operational reports will give the analyst a deep understanding of our business and key KPIs. From there, the analyst will perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to deepen our understanding of our business, our customers, and our opportunities. The Analyst is a critical role in continuing to define and communicate the ancillary products growth strategy at Safelite. This role is a key member of the team and will be

involved in strategic planning and development to execute and grow the business.

The analyst has a deep attention to detail as well as a keen sense of curiosity knowing when to dig deeper to deliver insights. Their deep financial and business acumen combined with technical ability make them uniquely positioned to deliver actionable insights.

The analyst will work to understand cross-functional KPIs and how they relate to the ancillary products function, identifying opportunities for collaboration with other business partners. They will have a deep connection to the broader CX and Brand analytics teams.

**What you will do*** Perform adhoc ancillary products analysis (sales, customers, products, etc.) and deliver insights to drive growth in the business* Track departmental KPIs and create daily and monthly financial and operational reporting* Analyze reporting to identify trends and opportunities, supporting strategic planning for ancillary products* Work cross functionally to evaluate the success of ancillary products initiatives* Update and maintain product fitment guides, analyze sales and inventory levels to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization.* Become the data SME for ancillary products - Explore and document existing data definitions and continually review methodology to improve and enhance the organizational view into ancillary products.* Performs other duties as assigned* Complies with all policies and standards**What you will need*** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required* 4-6 years relevant experience in data analysis and reporting required* Experience using Tableau, SQL, Snowflake (High proficiency)* Strong written communication and time management (High proficiency)* Basic mathematical skills - ability to know how things add up in terms of time and expense (High proficiency)* Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data.
