INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (STARLINK TRAINING) The Starlink Training team is looking for a motivated and energetic Instructional Designer who wants to put their skills to use, elevating our learning and development program. This position will be working with subject matter experts throughout Starlink requiring a driven individual who is always excited to learn and tackle new challenges while creating strategic content to help the organization meet its performance objectives. Responsibilities

Partner directly with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging content for a variety of audiences and delivery modes (online, classroom, etc. Internal, external) with clear strategies and tactics to achieve desired learning outcomes Maintain and revise existing learning products based on end user performance and feedback. Create measurable improvements across existing programs both in terms of efficacy and scale Serve as project manager on multiple product development projects simultaneously with the ability to stay within timelines and rapidly adjust to changing priorities Manage learner needs, permissions, and skill tracking certifications within various internal platforms Lead management of curricula in LMS including permissions, working cross-functionally with the SpaceX Instructional Design team Measure and report out the impact and outcomes of training material to reduce time to proficiency and increase retention Develop and design material to represent Starlink in customer-facing or external partner learning programs BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalency certificate 2+ years of experience designing and developing training curriculum 2+ years of experience managing and utilizing learning management systems and skill tracking PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in learning theory or equivalent or 5+ years of instructional design experience Proficient in learning management systems and partner portals Skilled with design tools commonly used in a learning creation environment (MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, iSpring Studio & Camtasia Studio) Experience in creating live video production, audio recording and voiceover Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both written and oral formats Open collaborative style; ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction Comfortable in environments with shifting priorities Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management Certifications in learning and/or project management such as CPLP, CPTD, PMP, etc. Experience in a fast paced, customer focused, environment Curiosity to understand the strategic priorities for SpaceX how learning and development can best address skill and knowledge gaps in the workforce ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

This is not a remote position and it will be required to report to our Redmond office Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay range: Instructional Designer/Level I: $78,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year; Instructional Designer/Level II: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, stock or stock options, bonuses, and other benefits. This may include comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, disability and life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time in compliance with state and federal law. Company shuttles are offered to employees for roundtrip travel from select Seattle locations to the SpaceX Redmond office Monday to Friday. ITAR REQUIREMENTS
