As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for all digital marketing activities, including website design, lead scoring, email, paid advertising, data management, analytics, and related areas. Develop and implement strategies for Muncie Power websites Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to monitor campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements Coordinate and evaluate daily activity within HubSpot Develop a lead scoring system, as well as continually improve upon lead parameters Create lead-generating web pages with tracking metrics Create effective on-brand digital content that drives engagement and conversions Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital designs used on Muncie Power websites Assist in the creation of digital product designs for use in videos, ads, and social media platforms Analyze digital analytics and present reports Work closely with the product and sales teams to understand business development goals and incorporate them into marketing and design strategies Work with the marketing communications specialist to implement appropriate digital tactics Create and implement a strategy for email marketing Oversee and execute HubSpot integration with the website Develop metrics to understand the success of marketing tactics Plan digital advertising activities Assist in the development of the overall marketing strategy Assist with social media strategy Help develop video content Create interactive screens for trade show displays Attend industry events and exhibitions as required Invest time in understanding new digital opportunities Participate in cross-functional teams Your Experiences & Skills
BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, or a related field, or suitable work experience At least one year of experience in digital marketing or advertising is required Experience utilizing paid advertising programs Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and design principles for web and mobile platforms Strong creative vision with attention to detail in designing digital content Familiar with programs such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms Knowledge and experience with web development and utilizing content management systems Ability to create and manage paid ad campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Creative and writing abilities required Experience with email marketing software Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables Ability to travel to assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and customers as needed Excellent project management skills and organizational skills to move between multiple open projects Possess a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers Ability to plan and schedule work and meet deadlines Ability to maintain records and to prepare reports as required by management Experience and understanding of standard writing techniques Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of groups, including managers, clients, customers, and the public Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations Benefits
