Join our mission to advance neurovascular interventions! We’re seeking a clinical-savvy strategist to drive the adoption of our flow diversion and coiling technologies across European markets.

Responsibilities

Clinical Expertise & OR Support

Provide real-time technical guidance during complex neurointerventional procedures (Flow Diverter, Detachable Coil System), ensuring optimal product utilization.

Troubleshoot intraoperative challenges and advise physicians on device selection/technique optimization.

Design and execute hands‑on training programs for neurointerventionalists in core EU markets.

Build strong relationships with KOLs; convert clinical insights into educational content (workshops, webinars).

Evidence-Based Product Launches

Lead full commercialization lifecycle for new neurovascular products: from pre‑market clinical evidence planning to post‑launch performance assessment.

Develop launch kits (clinical dossiers, reimbursement guides, competitive battle cards) tailored to country‑specific requirements.

Collaborate with Sales to provide field teams with clinical tools that support account penetration.

Market Intelligence & Cross‑Functional Leadership

Track competitive landscape (products, techniques, publications) to inform R&D and commercial strategy.

Partner with Medical Affairs on EU clinical trials and real‑world data generation initiatives.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing.

5+ years in clinical support, sales, or marketing of neurovascular devices.

Proven expertise in Flow Diverter and Detachable Coil System.

Experience launching Class III medical devices in ≥3 European markets (Germany + France/UK/Italy/Spain).

Knowledge of CE Mark clinical evaluations and EU MDR compliance.

Technical & Soft Skills:

Proficient in interpreting angiograms, DTI images and clinical publications.

Skilled in physician training with OR/theater settings.

Established KOL network within the European neurovascular community.
