Overview
The
Marketing Coordinator
supports the execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of project management, content creation, event coordination, and communication skills to help support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and Brand initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. The role requires frequent travel, often on weekends, to support marketing events and tradeshows. PRIMARY DUTIES
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with Creative Services, Licensing, Legal, eCommerce teams, and external partners, agencies, or vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns. Brief Development:
Draft clear and strategic
brand
and
content briefs
to guide internal teams and external partners. Event and Trade Show Support:
Plan, coordinate, and attend marketing events and trade show activations, ensuring brand presence is consistent and impactful. Act as an ambassador for the brand by interacting with consumers, potential partners and customers. Responsible for ensuring opportunities and leads are properly identified, organized, shared, and followed up on. Primary liaison with event marketing agency to ensure seamless event execution. Content Creation:
Write compelling copy for web, social media, PR, product descriptions, and packaging that aligns with brand voice and strategy, to help build brand awareness, and drive engagement. Performance Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across platforms, using data to inform future strategies. Administrative Support:
Track invoices, manage vendor communications, and assist with marketing budget tracking and documentation. Market and Consumer Insights:
Stay informed on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive activity; share findings with the broader team. Caseknives.com Support:

Create visually compelling and informative presentations for internal and external stakeholders. On-Camera Talent:
Serve as on-camera talent for product videos, social content, or promotional shoots as needed. Case Collectors Club:
Assist in the day-to-day tasks of running the Case Collectors Club, when needed. Social Media Monitoring:
Monitor and respond to consumer comments on social media, including brand engagement, social media customer service, or community management. EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role; experience in manufacturing or B2B a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Confident, professional presence on camera Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) Data-driven mindset with an understanding of campaign tracking and performance metrics This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA
