As part of a new expansion into the Phoenix market, Tierwest is hiring Sales and Marketing Assistants to support its B2B sales team during live, face-to-face campaigns. This role combines customer engagement, sales support, and on-the-ground marketing activity, helping ensure campaigns are delivered professionally and consistently. This position is ideal for individuals who want exposure to both sales and marketing, enjoy working in structured, people-focused environments, and are looking to develop commercial skills within a growing business. Tierwest delivers in-person B2B sales and marketing campaigns for essential service providers. The Phoenix team represents a nationally recognised telecommunications client offering business-focused services such as mobile connectivity, business internet, and bundled communication solutions for small to mid-sized organisations. Marketing activity is delivered through direct engagement, brand representation, and professional in-person interactions rather than digital or desk-based marketing. Key Responsibilities
Supporting the B2B sales team during live campaigns by assisting with customer engagement and communication Helping deliver marketing messages clearly and consistently when engaging with business customers Assisting with the setup, presentation, and organisation of promotional materials Supporting Sales Representatives during customer discussions and onboarding processes Helping ensure brand standards are maintained across all campaign locations Accurately capturing customer and business information where required Learning how sales and marketing activity work together to drive business growth Supporting daily reporting and campaign organisation tasks What We Offer
Weekly pay with clear progression and performance-based incentives With weekly pay and clear progression, this role provides realistic first-year earning potential of $60,000–$70,000, depending on performance Full training across B2B sales support, marketing presentation, and campaign delivery Ongoing coaching and development Opportunities to progress into Business Sales Representative, Customer Engagement, or senior campaign roles as the Phoenix operation grows Application Process
