Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an apparel designer located in the New York City Metropolitan area. The Womenswear Designer will be responsible for researching and producing innovative, trend-right designs, creating tech packs, developing fabrics, prints and trims, and creating production-ready designs. This is an exciting opportunity to work on all product categories (wovens, cut & sew, bottoms, and outerwear). Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in Apparel Design Ability to stay up to date with the marketplace and translate trends into commercially successful designs for high volume retailers Excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in fashion design or related field preferred Experience in textile/print development is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Excel Annual salary range for this role is $80-95,000.
