We’re hiring a Demand & Growth Marketing Manager (NorCal, hybrid).
THM Media is looking for a hands-on, revenue-focused marketer to own and execute demand generation that directly supports sales pipeline and conversion.
This is not a brand-only or agency-managed role.
You will personally build, launch, and optimize campaigns.
What you’ll do
Execute demand-gen campaigns across email and paid social (Meta) Build emails, automations, segments, and landing pages Own campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and reporting Generate net-new inbound leads Sales can realistically pursue Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion Transferable experience from HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms works well Must-haves
