Social Media Manager

to join our team. Role Overview: The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in amplifying RobinNYC’s brand presence and Robin’s ecosystem of businesses, including Swagger Society. This role requires 3-4 years of experience in social media, community management, and content creation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of both creative and data-informed decision-making, and eager to contribute to Robin Arzón’s digital and community impact. Responsibilities: Content Production & Shoot Organization: Plan, organize, and execute content shoots across channels, coordinating shot lists, timelines, and creative direction. Ideal candidate has hands-on experience with photography and/or videography and is comfortable capturing and editing content in fast-paced, real-world environments. Content Development & Strategy: Develop and implement social media content for RobinNYC and Swagger Society across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, ensuring RobinNYC’s content remains relevant, innovative, and impactful. Community Engagement: Actively manage and engage with our online community across all platforms, including dedicated engagement and management of the Swagger Society community. Data Analysis: Leverage social media insights to adapt content strategy, optimize performance and drive growth and engagement across platforms. Event Coverage: Attend live events, photoshoots, and appearances to capture real-time content, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging behind-the-scenes moments. Qualifications

: Experience: 3-4 years in a social media, community management, marketing, and/or content creation role. Location: Must be based in New York City with the ability to be in our Hudson Yards office 3-4 days per week and attend on-site events and production environments as needed. Skill Set: High attention to detail, fluent in AI tools, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut (or similar video editing tools), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets. Mindset: Bias for action, creativity, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Bonus: Experience working with talent-led brands, media personalities, or communities.
